  • Which plan should I choose?

    If you are sourcing a tool for your school or another large organization, then the Entity plan is best suited for you since it contains tools to help you build, maintain, and manage large rollouts.
    However, the Premium plan is ideal for individual educators seeking the applications needed to improve digital engagement in class.
    If you're just interested in getting more acquainted and familiar with myViewBoard to see if it's the right solution for you, then Standard is the way to go.

  • Do I need to enter my credit card info to sign up?

    No credit card information is required in any trial versions. A 90-day Premium trial is 100% free. At the end of 90 days, the free trial will automatically be cancelled unless a user actively opts in.
    Users may cancel the free trial at any time.

  • How do I apply for an Entity plan?

    If you'd like to apply for an Entity plan, reach out to us via the Contact Us form and someone from our team will personally walk you through the process. You can also directly apply for an entity via the Entity Application Form.

  • Can I access Entity features from my Premium plan?

    No.
    Each plan has a unique set of features that are not interchangeable. For example, features available within the Entityplan can not be accessed in the Premium plan.
    However, the Entity plan is complimentary with a complete hardware and software EdTech solution. Contact us to find out if your school is eligible.

  • What is the difference between Classroom for Premium and Classroom for Entity?

    Classroom for Premium only supports guest log-in and does not include individual accounts for students.
    Classroom for Entities creates a more seamless sign in experience for students supporting features such as Google and Microsoft SSO authentication. The entity version also includes 3rd-party integration (Google Classroom, Sketchfab, etc.). Learn more about Classroom here.

  • Is there a monthly subscription plan available for Premium plan?

    A full-featured Premium plan is available by annual subscription only.
    Premium plan without Classroom supports a monthly subscription.
    Anyone can experience working with Classroom for a 90-day trial period before even adding a credit card.

  • Will my data be private, safe and secured with myViewBoard?

    Protecting the data you entrust to myViewBoard is our top priority. myViewBoard provides enterprise-grade data security to ensure your information is safe and secure.
    Single Sign-On (SSO) from Google, Microsoft, and Apple enables safe and easy access. All data including your personal information is encrypted and securely stored on AWS.

  • What types of payment do you accept?

    We accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

  • Can I switch plans or cancel my subscription anytime?

    Yes.
    myViewBoard is a pay-as-you-go service and subscribers can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. The service will remain accessible until the end of the current paid term without interruption and then will not renew.
    To cancel a Premium subscription, please go into your dashboard to cancel the account.
    To cancel an Entity subscription, please contact us.

  • Can I get a refund for the cancelled subscription?

    All paid services are non-refundable. After cancellation, the service will stay active for the remaining duration of the paid term.
